Sehwani Property and Realty Corporation (Simco), established in February 4, 2008, is a real estate broker and asset management corporation located at the Ground floor, Allegro Center, Pasong Tamo Extension, Makati City.
At its helm is Mr. Robert Sales Sehwani, a Filipino realtor, from San Lorenzo Village, Makati City, who has been in the real estate industry for more than six years. Since 2007, he was an associate member of the Pasay-Makati Realtors Board, Inc. (PMRB), an affiliate of the Philippine Association of Realtors Boards, Inc. (PAREB). He was a graduate of San Beda College and is a certified Business Economics professional from the University of Asia and the Pacific. He is both a traditional businessman and an innovative entrepreneur having vast experience in marketing, investments, business economics, real estate brokerage, and asset management. He has served as a former president of the Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA) in 1968 while performing executive functions as the president of Sehwani Marketing Corporation.
